Maine Lobster Festival. 61st Annual. For real small town fun with big time entertainment and events, The Maine Lobster Festival has it all! Mix nine tents, the world’s largest lobster cooker, a sea goddess, a big parade, top notch entertainment, an international crate race, fine art, talented crafts people and vendors, US Navy ship tours, all-you-can-eat pancakes, free shuttle service, US Coast Guard Station tours, professional and amateur cooking contests, marine heritage, road races, kids events, over 25,000 pounds of lobster, PLUS over 1,000 volunteers and a group of dedicated directors and you have the makings of Maine's finest summer celebration.

Annual Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors Show.Harbor & Buoy Parks, Rockland. The sixth annual Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors Show will feature boats in the water, boats on land, fine furniture and home wares, the arts, architecture and delicious food. This event is Maine's only in-the-water boat show, and it is also the only show to feature dozens of Maine's most talented furniture makers, architects, and builders. Combined on one spectacular waterfront site, these craftsmen present all the essential components for living the good life on the coast of Maine. There will be hands-on demonstrations, live music, children's activities, exhibits, and, of course, the ever-popular World Championship Boatyard Dog® Trials on Sunday (only pre-entered dogs may compete, see maineboats.com for entry information). This show is a must-attend for everyone who enjoys life on the Maine coast. Admission: $10 adult, under 12 free. Gates open at 10 am daily. Please leave all pets at home; they will not be allowed onto show grounds. The Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors Show is produced by the internationally acclaimed Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors magazine, now in its twenty-first year, published in Camden, Maine, since 1987.
