Camden Festival of Poetry

Rockport Donut Festival

The Town of Rockport is excited to announce a weekend filled with donut themed festivities. The Inaugural Rockport Donut Festival will pay homage to the history of the doughnut here in Rockport and get the summer rolling with music, food, and fun for all ages.

Rockport is home to the creator of the Donut Hole, Captain Hanson Crockett Gregory - commemorated on a plaque at the Nativity Lutheran Church in Rockport. Given this, it is a great reason why the community should come together to celebrate for a weekend of festivities, a weekend of which that corresponds to National Donut Day - the first weekend of June.

This festival will be a three day weekend event, Friday through Sunday (June 2nd - 4th), and we will get the summer rolling with music, good food, and fun for all ages.

Motor Booty Affair will open the festival with a dance at the harbor on Friday night - with a stellar line-up of event being planned throughout the weekend.

Jazz in June

Jazz in June presents the Brubeck Brothers Quartet, celebrating the recent Dave Brubeck Centennial; and the acclaimed guitar duo of Martin Taylor and Frank Vignola! Limited capacity choose-your-seat reserved and spaced tickets are $55, $65 day of show. Sponsored by Camden Maine Stay Inn

Arts in the Park, Belfast

Arts in the Park is one of the most respected arts and fine crafts festivals in midcoast Maine. The variety of offerings are outstanding, and live music and the smells of local eats add to the creative atmosphere. The venue is undeniably beautiful, in a large open park on the ocean’s edge, with sailboats nearby and a summer breeze to enjoy.

Harbor Arts & Books Fair

Camden Public Library 55 Main Street, Camden, Maine

Please join us for the annual Summer Harbor Arts and Books Fair on July 9 and July 10, 2022. The town of Camden is located on the coast of Maine and takes full advantage of that fact! This show is a well-attended event of long standing, held on the National Historic Landmark grounds of the Camden Public Library (CPL). Harbor Arts and Books is a community event with a view of the harbor at the peak of the fall season -- a not-to-be-missed time of year in New England.

Maine Celtic Celebration

The Maine Celtic Celebration is a family-oriented weekend celebrating the rich Celtic heritage, culture, and hospitality found along the Coast of Maine.

The 2022 Celebration will be our 16th Annual event! We are an all-volunteer group of community members and we are looking forward to our celebration this year!

Whether you are a new or veteran Celebration visitor, you will find lots of music and other attractions to keep you entertained, exercised and educated about all things Celtic!

Union Fair & Maine’s Wild Blueberry Festival

The fairgrounds are nestled in a quiet country setting off Route 17 between Maine's capital city, Augusta, and the beautiful coastal region surrounding the Camden Hills. Every year, the fair is planned and executed by its trustees, officers and hundreds of volunteers. Each officer and trustee is responsible for an assigned component of operation, which requires a great deal of work and cooperation. Most of the people dedicated to keeping Union Fair running as one of Maine's best agricultural fairs have farms of their own, work at local businesses, or participated in fair exhibitions during their childhood. Being part of the organization for many is a loved hobby stemming from family tradition steeped in a history of participating at the fair for generations, as well as a sense of pride for the fair's part in the preservation of agriculture.
